Live coral is perishable and non-returnable. All live coral sales are final except as expressly covered by our Live Arrival Guarantee and 8-Hour Post-Delivery Guarantee.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of live coral after shipment. Once live coral leaves our facility, it cannot be returned due to the health, safety, and perishability of the animal.
Order cancellations must be requested before the order ships. Cut-to-order, fragged-to-order, or specially held coral may not be cancelled once preparation, cutting, packing, or shipment has begun.
Live Arrival Guarantee
If a coral arrives dead on arrival, the buyer must contact us within 2 hours of the carrier’s first delivery attempt or delivery scan. Clear photos of the coral in the original sealed bag must be provided within that 2-hour window. Additional photos under normal lighting may be required.
8-Hour Post-Delivery Guarantee
If a coral arrives alive but dies within 8 hours of the carrier’s first delivery attempt or delivery scan, the buyer must contact us before the 8-hour window expires. To qualify, the buyer must provide photos or video showing the coral alive after placement in the tank, along with clear photos of the coral after death. The coral must have been photographed or recorded alive within 2 hours of delivery.
Approved DOA or 8-hour post-delivery claims are resolved by store credit only unless we choose, at our discretion, to offer another remedy. Shipping charges, box fees, heat/cold packs, and other shipping-related costs are not refundable unless otherwise stated.
The Live Arrival Guarantee and 8-Hour Post-Delivery Guarantee do not apply if:
The delivery is missed, refused, delayed by the buyer, or not received on the first delivery attempt.
The package is held at the carrier location without prior approval.
The coral is removed from the original bag before required DOA photos are taken.
The buyer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
The issue is reported outside the required claim window.
The coral is damaged, stressed, or lost due to improper acclimation, dipping, tank conditions, pests, disease, aggression, lighting, flow, water chemistry, or other conditions after delivery, except as expressly covered by the 8-Hour Post-Delivery Guarantee.

Terms of Service
By placing an order, you confirm that you are able to provide appropriate care, lighting, flow, salinity, temperature, and water quality for live coral.
Prices, availability, photos, WYSIWYG items, and promotions may change without notice. Because coral is live and may change in appearance, color, size, or polyp extension, photos are representative unless the item is specifically marked as WYSIWYG.
Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the carrier marks the package as delivered or once the first delivery attempt is made, except as expressly covered by the Live Arrival Guarantee or 8-Hour Post-Delivery Guarantee.
We reserve the right to delay shipment due to weather, carrier issues, animal health concerns, holidays, or other conditions that may affect live arrival.
Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Privacy Policy
Craze Corals is operated by Pulinium LLC.
We collect customer information needed to process and fulfill orders, including name, shipping address, billing address, email address, phone number, order history, and customer support communications.
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe and/or PayPal. Pulinium LLC does not store full payment card information.
We use customer information to fulfill orders, provide customer support, communicate about orders, prevent fraud, improve our website, and send marketing emails only when the customer has opted in.
We may share necessary information with payment processors, shipping carriers, website hosting providers, email service providers, email marketing platforms, fraud-prevention tools, and other service providers used to operate our business. We do not sell customer personal information.
Marketing emails are opt-in and include an unsubscribe option.
